Banks To Crack Down On Willful Defaults

August 19: The government and banks are set to crack the whip on the promoters and managements of companies that are willfully defaulting on payments to banks. Bloomberg TV India also discusses that as a result of this rush for debt restructuring, nearly one out of every 10 loans issued by the entire Indian banking system is under some form of stress. Also, former chairman of the Oriental Bank of Commerce, B.D. Narang discusses all of these issues.
