July 24: There has been a huge gap in the intention and execution of the government with Posco and ArcelorMittal walking out in the same week that the government liberalised FDI norms. Bloomberg Columnist William Pesek says not much is expected before elections. “Even if the government is serious about reforms, they may not be around to see it through,” he adds.
