August 5: Toral Munshi of Credit Suisse Wealth Management says that it appeared as if India was coming to the end of its downgrade cycle with more positive commodity costs. However, with much weaker growth, she says the last quarter saw “revenue deceleration” across most sectors. “Downside risk on earnings is coming from lower revenue,” she says, adding that she sees further tapering of revenues over the next two quarters.
