Sanjay Mathur, Head – Economics Research, APAC Ex-Japan, RBS, states that all data points are suggesting that the economy is not showing any signs of recovery. Furthermore, there is no sign that the economy may bounce back. “I think there is a very good possibility that growth would be 4% and even then the risk will remain on the downside for this fiscal year,” he says.
