August 22: The Reserve Bank of India's measures on capital control has led to a debate on whether India is moving back to the 1980s era of pre-liberalization. Sanjeev Dhuna, Partner at Allen & Overy, discusses how these measures affect India Inc's M&A plans and the India story as a whole.
