August 30: After a series of massive frauds hit investors across the country, the Corporate Affairs Ministry has said it will work towards early detection of frauds. In an exclusive conversation on August 26, the Corporate Affairs Minister Sachin Pilot said he was worried about the rising incidence of fraud. “We’re trying to plug regulatory loopholes and are focused on the small investor,” he said, stressing the need to instill faith in the system and have zero tolerance for illegal companies.
