September 5: Autocar Editor Hormazd Sorabjee’s scoop this week is that Ford is planning to launch its Mustang sports car. Next year, when the Mustang turns 50, the company is planning to make a special right-hand drive version for India, which may come in late 2014 or early 2015. Ford wants this iconic brand to create a halo around the brand and give it an upmarket image, he says.
