September 10: This week we see another dramatic change in the rules for India's telecom sector, with TRAI suggesting a cut in the 2G spectrum auction reserve prices. The sharp cut brings reserve prices for high-value circles like Delhi and Mumbai below that for less lucrative circles in the 2012 auction.
