Raju Ramachandran, Senior SC Advocate says that the law ministry and government parties have been exercising illegitimate rights, he said. “In the affidavit, CBI’s reasoning for showing the coal report to government is strange,” Ramachandran added. “People should take responsibility in the coal case; it is frightening to see those who know the law compromising on it.”
