September 16: The August Wholesale Price Index inflation data is scheduled to be declared later today. This will be the next trigger for the markets in terms of determining the central bank’s policy stance in its September 20 mid-quarter policy review. A Bloomberg Survey of 25 economists sees WPI at 5.7% for the month, with estimates ranging from 5.4% to 6.1%.
