September 23: Markets will consolidate and continue on an upward trend, says Nirmal Jain, Chairman of India Infoline. This is mainly because global easy money will continue and find its way into riskier and emerging markets like India, he says. “Unless something unforeseen happens, there will be a lot more FII inflows into equities supported by reform-oriented approach by authorities,” he says, adding that while there won’t be a runaway bull market, things will be tending upwards.
