September 20: Ashmore Investments’ Jan Dehn says what’s wonderful about India is that it has some really low-hanging fruit and can do much to restore stability. India’s bond markets is still not part of the global EM bond indices as it restricts access to foreign investors, he says, pointing out that removing these restrictions will allow foreign inflows, boost the rupee and alleviate pressure on RBI to hike rates.
