October 4: “There hasn’t been a big sell off by foreign investors, who would want to see evidence that the government doing the right things,” says Andrew Holland, CEO of Ambit Investment Advisory. FIIs will stick to their 2013 stocks and are unlikely to jump in before the election as they await clarity on the new government’s policies before they invest, he says, adding that there may also be other global factors that influence flows.
