October 17: Litigation will continue for a while but we need to do away with frivolous litigation, says Rajiv Luthra, Founder and Managing Partner at Luthra & Luthra. Fear psychosis is leading to all cases going to the Supreme Court, he says, adding that 55-60% of all litigation cases have government as one party. He offers suggestions to improve India’s judicial processes and reiterates his optimism on better policy changes in the future.
