October 24: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) recently hit out at the Department of Telecom (DoT). TRAI has dubbed the DoT's observations on frequency arrangement as baffling and mistaken. Bloomberg TV India spoke to Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) Director General Rajan Mathews and began by asking him what he made of the war of words between TRAI and DoT and about the larger stance that the telecom regulator has taken.
