Over 1,500 Projects Await Green Signal In Maharashtra

December 26: More than 1,500 big ticket projects worth over Rs.30,000 crore have been languishing in Maharashtra for want of environmental clearances. In May this year, two vital regulatory bodies responsible for appraising environmental projects in the state were dissolved. In this segment, Bloomberg TV India reveals how six months down the line, the state government is yet to reconstitute these two bodies.
