NHAI Notifies New Exit Policy

January 30: The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has modified the exit policy for road projects. The move will allow private road developers to sell or transfer stake in SPV formed for the project. Under the earlier regime, developers had to replace the entire SPV.
