February 20: Talking about the contentious Telangana Bill, P.P. Rao, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court and Noted Constitutional Lawyer, says, “Andhra Pradesh Assembly was sent a bare Bill and not the full memorandum”. He adds that the Indian Constitution demands a full Bill be referred to the Assembly. Rao also tells Vivek Law that the Supreme Court can look in the constitutional legality of Telangana process.
