March 4: Quarter after quarter, real estate companies are unable to clear unsold stock and it is a concern that has badly hit cash flows of these developers. An analysis by Bloomberg TV India has revealed that inventories of 11 listed real estate companies has risen since last quarter and have now crossed the Rs.54,000 crore mark.
