The Congress today released its manifesto for Election 2014 outlining its vision for the next government, predictably demonstrating its support for inclusive growth measures. Vice President Rahul Gandhi said the party is looking to pump in a trillion dollars to get the economy back on track. Meanwhile, BJP’s Ravi Shankar Prasad called it a document of betrayal and an insult to the people, while India Inc was optimistic on the manifesto and appreciated the pledge to introduce GST and DTC in 2014.
