April 9: Speaking to Harsha Subramaniam Sun Pharma Chairman Israel Makov seems expectedly gung-ho on what could be India's largest drug company. He adds, that the company’s regulatory compliance will help them deal with the regulatory problems that Ranbaxy is facing with the U.S. FDA. He also points out that Sun Pharma has not yet heard from SEBI regarding a subsidiary picking up Ranbaxy stock a few months before this transaction.
