Jyoti Vaswani, CIO and Director - Fund Management at Aviva Life Insurance explains that there is no doubt that India will be affected by QE withdrawal. “Risk off trade is a given as easy money withdraws,” she adds. However, she points out that India has never seen outflows in a sustained basis and that the current outflows too won't last, and are only temporary. “It won't be much of a challenge for flows to return.”
