Canara Bank Expects Recoveries From 3 Accounts In NCLT In FY20

Canara Bank has reported a 17.08 per cent year-on-year rise in its standalone net profit to Rs 329.07 for the June quarter, helped by lower provisions and improvement in asset quality. RA Sankara Narayanan, MD & CEO at Canara Bank, is confident that business growth and reduction in NPA will continue. He is expecting recoveries from three accounts in NCLT in FY20, and has made nearly full provisions for them. Here's more.
