Hero MotoCorp Expects 2HFY20 To Be Better Due To Festive Season

Hero MotoCorp on Tuesday posted a 35.89 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,256.69 crore for the June quarter on the back of a one-off exceptional gain of Rs 737.48 crore. Niranjan Gupta, Chief Financial Officer at Hero MotoCorp, in a post-earning conference call, said the firm expects the second half of FY20 to be better with festive season starting in September. He expects pre-buy and easing liquidity issues to aid volumes. Here's more.
