January Equity Flows At 5-Month Low

February 4: Foreign inflows into equities have turned negative in 2014, with January flows into equities at a five-month low and FIIs selling Rs.4,076 crore in the last seven sessions. Steve Brice, Chief Investment Strategist at Standard Chartered Bank, says currency weakness across EMs is a worry, with the five most vulnerable countries facing CAD and elections issues.
