Soumya Kanti Ghosh, Chief Economic Adviser to SBI, said that the new government will have to lay a fiscal roadmap for the next 5 years. Central bank may cut rates in the June policy and rate cuts are not helpful until there has been transmission into the banking system, which RBI must ensure, he added.
