February 20: P.P. Rao, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court and Noted Constitutional Lawyer, says that disturbing Parliament constitutes to contempt and breach of privilege. Further adding that the Speaker cannot dissociate herself from the house, he adds, “Parliament must invoke its powers in order to get MPs to behave.”
