It is a war out there in the FMCG sector, to grab a larger pie of the Rs.6,000 crore oral care market. Recently, HUL took on market leader Colgate with a no-holds-barred ad campaign for Pepsodent 'Germicheck' toothpaste. TV and print was inundated with the ad, which compares Pepsodent with Colgate.
