SC Issues Non-Bailable Warrant Against Subrata Roy

February 26: The Supreme Court today issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Sahara Chief Subrata Roy for his failure to appear before it. This is in connection with the case in which his two companies have been directed to refund Rs.20,000 crore to investors. On Roy's absence, the apex court said the hands of the court are very long.
