Telcos Flout TRAI Norms

October 4: Last year, the telecom regulator had ordered telecom operators to redress consumer complaints within 48 hours but telcos have found ingenious ways to undermine TRAI’s diktat. Telcos have allegedly been closing complains without resolving issues and Fight Back found that complaints were reopened and closed multiple times to circumvent the 48-hour norm.
