Walchandnagar Ind Aims To Turn Profitable, Achieve Higher EBITDA

Walchandnagar Industries posted a loss of Rs 20.5 crore in the June quarter against a profit of Rs 7 lakh in the year-ago period, while its revenue fell 5.1 per cent at Rs 62.8 crore. Speaking to BTVI, GK Pillai, MD & CEO, Walchandnagar Industries, said the firm has surpassed most challenges in current phase, and expects growth from here on. The company, which will now be focusing only on the defence business, aims to turn profitable and achieve higher EBITDA going forward.
